One remark is that currently Free version of Allway Sync allows to synchronize 40,000 files in 30-day period.

Then I think there is a fault in here.

Allerdings müssen Sie eine “Pro”-Lizenz erwerben, wenn Sie diese Software einsetzen für kommerzielle Zwecke einsetzen. oder wenn Sie mehr als 20.000 Dateien innerhalb von 30 Tagen synchronisieren.
